My work is based on the findings of <strong>mindfulness research, neuroscience and neuroimmunology<\/strong>, among other things, and focuses on psychological resources for <strong>changemakers<\/strong>. Together we expand your scope of action and identify inner and outer resources and strategies for action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In my training as an <strong>MBSR trainer<\/strong> (according to Jon Kabat-Zinn), the integration of meditation practice into everyday life was particularly important to me, and I now also support my clients in this. In my <strong>MSC training<\/strong> (Mindful Self-Compassion) with Christopher Germer for psychologists, I have deepened the practice of self-compassion as a resilience factor specifically for <strong>social professions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I have been working for many years in individual coaching with a focus on <strong>chronic illness<\/strong>. For working with <strong>teams, groups and self-organizations<\/strong>, I offer resources that are particularly important for good collaboration, also in terms of <strong>intersectionality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Currently, I train <strong>social, medical<\/strong> and <strong>scientific professions<\/strong> and advise individual clients and teams in <strong>participatory research and practice.<\/strong> <br \/>An <strong>appreciative and resource-oriented<\/strong> approach to my clients is particularly important to me.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; It can also be very supportive for our everyday life to learn to be connected with ourselves and our environment at the same time and not to lose ourselves in the process.
